CAUGHT A BREAK: Cops Don’t Press Charges For Resisting Arrest
This was originally a call for a wanted man with a knife. LAPd called for back up and asked for an officer to bring a shotgun. After a brief tussle with the subject, officers were able to put handcuffs on him. After about 15 minutes the police made the decision to NOT charge him with a resisting arrest. Cops uncuffed him and let them go. His mother picked him up and he left.
